Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Policies*
We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.  Please contact us for shipping rates to other areas, or for rush orders.  

Our standard method of shipment is UPS ground service.  Please allow between 4-9 business days for delivery.  If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file a report for the return and arrange to send a replacement.
 
Taxes*
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SALES TAX THAT IS NOT COLLECTED BY PURE LINENS EXCEPT FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Pure Linens will pay sales tax (7.5%) for orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. (For items shipped to locations in the county of Marin, California, we will pay the county rate of 8.5%).  

Backorders
We work hard to assure items are in stock and ready to ship.  When an item is not in stock and on backorder, you will be notified within 1 business day of your order with an estimated time frame for delivery.  If the time frame is unacceptable, you may cancel your order with no charge.

Returns
Pure Linens accepts returns for most items within 21 days of the delivery date.  The items must be in new - unused condition and unopened.  Certain returned items unless found defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, will be charged a restocking fee as well as shipping and handling.  Please contact us for restocking fee rates regarding specific items you may be interested in.  Please note that w
e offer swatches of most fabrics.  Please contact us for details.  Custom items and items that are not Regular Stock items may not be returned unless found defective, or if we shipped the wrong item.  For information regarding specific items, please contact us.

All returns must be authorized in advance by email or phone.  Packing receipts should be included.  Once you have received a return authorization, we will give you the appropriate mailing address to send your package. Customers must use one of the following insured or traceable services to ship returns: UPS, FedEx, or DHL. 

Security 
Pure Linens uses (SSL), a secure server to encrypt your transaction.  We also take security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and/or alteration of your information once it is in our hands.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.  In addition, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at that price.
